From Sunday, March 22 to Saturday, March 28, several area restaurants will offer dining deals, special menu items, and more in celebration of the unique, tasty and local fare available in the Superior and Douglas County area.

In addition to gobbling up some seriously tasty deals, diners will be able to enter to win gift cards and certificates from participating restaurants. Entry instructions are available at participating restaurants only, and diners may enter the contest up to once per day during Chamber Restaurant Week.

Chamber Restaurant Week was started as an effort to not only celebrate unique local fare, but to help promote local businesses during a typically slow time of year for restaurants. Chamber Restaurant Week encourages residents and visitors to take advantage of great deals, tasty new menu items, and try something newwhether they pick a new place to eat or try a new dish.

“This idea for this promotion is really something that we’ve been kicking around for a while now,” Chamber and Visitors Bureau President/CEO David Minor said. “We’re really excited to finally launch this promotion and hope that everyone comes out in force to support our local restaurants. It should be a great kickoff into another busy summer tourism season for our restaurants.”
