First New Superior Brewery Since 1960’s
In a recent post we interviewed Tim Nelson, the new owner of the Cedar Lounge and developer of Earth Rider Brewery. In that post, he shared how he came to purchase the Cedar .
Today we continue that interview with a tour of the new facility being built in the former Leamon Mercantile building on North 3rd Street that will house Mr. Nelson’s new Earth Rider Brewery.
Mr. Nelson was kind enough to give ES a complete tour of the budding brewery and as you’ll see when watching this video, he explains the brewing process and does a great job of explaining how the business will “flow” through the building (pun intended!)
