Duluth Parks and Recreation offers open pleasure-skating sessions every Wednesday in Sill Arena at the Heritage Sports Center. A limited supply of skates are available to use for free; those who have their own should bring them. Open skate is free to all participants. Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult.
