Guardian Pest Control to Move to Superior

New Building Now Under Construction

By Doug Dalager

Guardian Pest Control, currently located at 701 E. 4th Street in Duluth, is in the process of building their new headquarters in the Superior industrial park located just east of the Bong Bridge on-ramp to Duluth. The building is being constructed on the corner of Halvor Drive and Susquehannah, across the street from Amsoil.

According to a company source, Guardian Pest intends to move its operations entirely to Superior at some point in 2016. The recently completed traffic circle at the Wisconsin side of the Bong Bridge makes interstate traffic and highway access much more convenient and trouble free than was previously the case.

The new location of Guardian Pest Control will be across the street from Amsoil, and just off the Bong Bridge. The completion of the new traffic circle on the Wisconsin side of the bridge makes it very easy for companies located in the adjacent industrial park to travel between Duluth and Superior.
