Seeing how this is Earth day and all, I am asking why people don’t take advantage of the city’s curb side recycling program. I was told by one resident who lives in a apartment building. that their building doesn’t have recycling offered to them.
How can this still be? I know that all multi-unit dwelling establishments are supposed to have recycling opportunities in place for their residents. I am sure this is a state law. ……..Things that make you go “Hmmmmmmm”
