Arts Activity In Overdrive at Superior High School

I would like to encourage the public to take advantage of the myriad of arts opportunities that can be enjoyed thanks to our talented students at Superior High School. Here are just a few examples of what is going on in your home town school.
Music
On March 2nd, the SHS music department hosted the annual POPs Concert. The Pops Concert is a fundraiser for the music department with dinner served from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m., followed by performances in the SHS Performing Arts Center by the Superior High School choirs, bands and orchestras. As typical of the POPS concert, the students performed to full house.
Theatre
You won’t want to miss the fabulous SHS student actors and musicians in the upcoming production of Fiddler on the Roof! This is certain to be an outstanding production, and the public is welcome to attend.

Art
With 8 courses to choose from, SHS students develop skills and learn techniques in drawing, painting, digital design, photography, and ceramics. Plan to see the wonderful display of student art work at the Spartan Fiesta on May 13 at 6:00 p.m. on in the SHS gymnasium!
