SpartanUnderclassmen Have Two Fewer Days

Instead of school ending on June 9, two days will be removed from the school year. The last day of school will be on June 5 for all students, including seniors. This change occurred because the Days of Instruction requirement has been eliminated from the Wisconsin State Statutes. Graduation will still take place on June 6.

Skills USA Offers 3D Prize

Skills USA is sponsoring a design contest with the winner receiving a 3D printer. Contestants must define the problem themselves based off the question, “Don’t you hate it when…?” They then must design a solution to their problem. Contestants must follow the Project Lead the Way design process and work with a professional in the area of their problem. A review board will then determine the winner based on their definition of the problem, their adherence to the design process and their final presentation. Students wishing to enter can contact Mr. Skarman in Room B-7 for more information. Students must finish their project by May 1.
