Due to a vacancy in the office of County Board Supervisor, 4th District, Douglas County is accepting applications from citizens interested in appointment to that position for the remainder of the term, which ends in April of 2016.
The 4th District generally lies in the Billings Park area of the City of Superior, between Belknap and North 28th Streets and Missouri Avenue and the lakeshore. Duties, responsibilities and specific district boundary lines can be obtained from the Douglas County Clerk’s Office (715) 395-1397. A map of the district appears below.
Interested parties should deliver a letter of application and resume to the CountyBoard Chair, Douglas Finn, c/o Douglas County Courthouse Room 101, 1313 Belknap Street, Superior, Wisconsin 54880, no later than Monday, December 8, 2014.
