Got Oil?

Landfill to Stop Accepting Waste Oil

Source of image: City of Superior website City of Superior has advised the public that the Moccasin Mike Landfill will no longer accept waste oil as of October 1, 2016.

So, if you’ve been slowly but surely filling up a 55 gallon barrel in your garage with old oil for years, now is the time to load it up and take it to the landfill. Wait too long and you’ll miss out!

The good news is that five locations in Superior will take up to 5 gallons of used oil off of your hands per day free of charge. Those locations are:

AutoZone 3615 Tower Ave 715-392-2930
O’Reilly Auto Parts 2607 Tower Ave 715-395-0609
O’Reilly Auto Parts 120 Belknap St.715-394-5466
Tires Plus 2419 Tower Ave 715-394-6455
Walmart Tire & Lube Express 3705 Tower Ave 715-392-6060
