Has anyone noticed all of the construction going on up and down Tower Ave. From Anderson/Hammack on the North End to Kwik Trip on the South End. The one I have been looking for is Kestrel. Does anyone know if this is going to happen. I haven’t heard much of anything on them. I assume they are still in the old post office building. I know that wheels turn slow to get things off the ground and I do hope that they find traction and achieve what they set out to do. A tall tree catches alot of wind, Al Klapmeyer and crew have put out great efforts, hopefully not in vain.
