Superior High School Cafeteria transformed for a catering event

We have been talking about transforming the school cafeteria for the “Smarter Lunchroom” concept.  How about if we transform it for your sports banquet?  Wouldn’t it be great if we could make it look like a supper club, enjoy a prime rib dinner and price it so the whole family can attend your sports banquet this year?

Very often, families are priced out of the market and cannot attend their son or daughter’s event, because the price of the meal is too high.

We have created the space at the Superior High school cafeteria, where sports banquets can be held and made them affordable for the whole family.  It is a great way for the parents and grandparents to visit the high school they may have attended themselves and enjoy a meal and ambiance that is so different from the regular school day.

School Nutrition Manager for Superior High School, Michel Hollis, has created a catering menu that the sports teams can select from  to make it their special event.  His catering staff will include linen tablecloths and candles as shown in the photo.  It gives a whole different feel from the usual school day of the cafeteria.  Catering staff wear catering uniforms, as shown in the photo above and provide waitress service during the banquet.  What a great way to make it a special evening for the kids.
