Earlier this week I learned that Lake Superior Rentals on Elmira has closed its doors as of April 1st. Formerly Thompson Rental which was on Tower Ave for years, relocated to the Elmira location in hopes of cutting costs and staying in business.
We are all thankful for our area’s large employers, Amzoil, Enbridge, and Super One just to name a few, but our community depends on small business.
On a positive note Core Landscaping has taken the Elmira location and is expanding their operation. Its important that we here in Superior make a effort to support our local businesses. Good luck to all the local entrepenuers!
