Final Concert at Marshall School

The Lake Superior Youth Chorus (LSYC) is dedicated to cultivating an active and inclusive community of young choral artists, centered on a holistic music education. On Saturday evening, May 16, the three ensembles performed their final concert of the year, Sunset Serenade, at Marshall School in Duluth.

Leslie Black, teacher of General Music at Northern Lights Elementary (NLE) in Superior, who serves on the LSYC Board of Directors. said that “the program could very well have been the highest quality live youth choir performance that I’ve has ever seen.” In addition, she also said the catered fundraiser meal and auctions were “very, very classy and enjoyable for all in attendance.”
