Should the moderator hold a second mayoral forum after the primary between the two leading candidates, ES suggests he require the audience to sign-up in advance by providing their names, and the topic(s) they wish to address.
This would enable him to better control the flow, and to help the candidates as they try to put their best foot forward. If she views this post, ES suggests that she contact Jim Paine directly with her concerns as he is on the County Board.
