A Contentious Issue Now In Limbo?
The irony of this was sadly comical to ES when the conversation turned from Foster Care to the proposed Dog Park. Apparently dogs are a bigger priority than children, at least at the City level of government.
This question was emailed to the moderator in advance by a resident who could not attend the meeting.
