The University of Wisconsin System is under fire following a series of alleged campus sexual assaults.
Already a state law has been passed in the wake of complaints now the Federal Government is looking to change the entire system of response to the growing epidemic of campus sexual assaults across the country.
College graduation is supposed to be among the happiest days of a student’s life.
But for one graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, the ceremony represented an escape from a terrible ordeal.
