Taking a Walk around the Thinking Block:

For individuals and teams, decision making takes a lot of time, thought, and effort. In the fast-paced, production-focused, multi-tasked work world, we do many things habitually. When we think, we often do the same thing. The result can be delayed or flawed decisions. This negatively impacts team dynamics, personal and professional goals, and the bottom line. How can we train ourselves to think more efficiently and make constructive, timely decisions?

In this session we explore our own thought processes and those of others. We gain insight into a practice of analyzing others’ viewpoints. Ultimately we discover that the results of a group are almost always superior to the results of any individual. Taking a Walk around the Thinking Block will teach you to glean everything you can from the group and make quicker, better decisions as individuals and teams.
