Referendum Plans New Cooper Elementary

In this is, the fourth video in a series of ongoing videos regarding the upcoming school referendum, we learn about the plans to build a new Cooper Elementary School in Billings Park. LHB architect Kevin Holm, and Director of Buildings & Grounds, Gary Niemi, discuss the challenges with the current structure (built in 1970) and how the new school is envisioned.
